I live in the Gregory Heights neighborhood in Burien and sell property all over King County and beyond. My husband Adam left the Coast Guard to join me in Real Estate shortly before the birth of our twin sons Wolf and Liam in the Fall of 2016. We were thrilled when Adam got stationed in Seattle in 2013 and couldn't stand to leave when his assignment here was coming to an end. I run a class for VA buyers, and enjoy helping current and former military members navigate the home purchase process while successfully using their VA benefits.

 After graduating from the University of Massachusetts in 2002 with a degree in Journalism and Political Science, I spent two years selling residential real estate in the Greater Boston Area. Upon moving back to the Bay Area in 2008, I went to work in the affordable housing sector for HomeBricks, Inc. HomeBricks was the in-house sales team for the largest non-profit developer in the state of California, BRIDGE Housing. I worked as HomeBricks' stewardship, marketing, escrow and lending services coordinator from 2008-2012. In my time with HomeBricks I participated in the successful closing of over 280 residential housing units to first-time, low to moderate income home buyers. I still love working with first time buyers.  I understand how confusing the home purchase process can be and I help my clients to navigate from selecting a home to buy through the negotiation process all the way up through a successful closing. I'm always available after a home closes to recommend professionals to assist with home maintenance or just to talk when my clients need it.

I worked at Marvin Gardens Real Estate in Berkeley from November 2012 - September 2013. I was proud to be on a team with my Mother, Kathie Berg, who was an owner there and has 30+ years of Residential Sales experience herself.

I am committed to the principals of home ownership, and how home ownership shapes both neighborhoods, and the families that live there. I am a full service agent, I don't just tell my clients what steps they need to take. I help them find the other professionals that they may need, be it a lender, an escrow officer, or a home inspector and make sure I am there at appointments, listening and keeping track that every detail is being seen to.  The more you know about your home the better prepared you are to take on a new home as a buyer, or sell your current home as a seller.  I truly believe this and do my best to make every transaction a transparent stress free one.
